  • Is it true that a company in Estonia can be incorporated fully online?
    It's true - you can do the whole thing online and be location independent! With an Estonian e-Residency card, you can set up and manage a location-independent company online from anywhere in the world in just one day. You can also sign, authenticate, encrypt, and send documents digitally, which makes running a business so much easier.
  • How long does the company registration process take?
    In the best case, electronic registration will take a few hours after signing the company registration application, but it is still advisable to budget at least one business day.
  • What does the monthly subscription fee cover, and are there any additional costs associated with incorporating an Estonian company through your service?
    Here's what you need to kick off: Company Registration Service Business Address Contact Person (every Estonian company with management board outside of Estonia must have a designated “contact person” in the country.) VAT payer registration (if applicable) Support with opening WISE bank account Great news! The Entrepreneur Pro plan is the perfect solution for all your business needs. You can get all of the services mentioned above with just one subscription plan. The Entrepreneur Pro plan is all-inclusive, which means you can start your business operations right away. Subscribers of the plan get access to free company registration & VAT payer registration services. The price of the Entrepreneur Pro Plan is just 30€ /per month, incl. 20% VAT. There's also a one-time incorporation state fee of 265€.

    This company formation plan is ideal for e-residents who are looking to form a Limited Company without any additional extra costs. As our client, you will get a free company registration and assistance with opening a borderless Wise bank account.
  • What are the benefits of opening a company in Estonia?
    In Estonia, you can also establish a company without the requirement of hiring a local director, and the minimum share capital is only €0.01 per shareholder. Plus, there's a 0% income tax on undistributed profits, so you can reinvest your profits without worrying about paying corporate tax. But that's not all. Estonia has a strong startup community, tech-friendly environment, skilled workforce, and a range of tax incentives for R&D. It's no wonder why so many eCommerce businesses choose Estonia as their base.
  • What are the monthly services included in the Entrepreneur Pro plan?
    In this plan, we will only charge you mandatorily for every Estonian company's services. These services are legal address (including mail handling) and the authorised contact person service.
  • Online company registration with several members
    You can only register your company online if all of the persons involved (members of the management board, founding members, members of the supervisory board etc.) are able to sign the initial entry form and establishment documents digitally.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
  • How can I become an e-Resident?
    To get an e-Residency, here's what you need to do: Follow these steps and you'll be all set! 1. Apply online Choose pickup location. Where do you want to pick up your e-Residency kit? There are 50+ pickup locations worldwide to choose from. Prepare documents your CV motivation statement copy of your travel document/ID passport style digital photo About preparing documents Fill application & pay fee. Apply for e-Residency on the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board website and pay the application fee using VISA or Mastercard. Apply now 2. Wait for approval and card delivery Identity check (8-30 days). The Estonian Police and Border Guard Board will review your application and conduct a background check. You might be asked additional questions for clarification purposes. When the processing of your application is complete, you will be notified by email. Card delivery (2-5 weeks). After your application is approved, your unique card is printed and delivered to your chosen pickup location. 3. Pick up your card When the card arrives at the location you selected in your application, you will be invited by email to collect it. Don't forget to bring along your ID - the same that you used in your application. See list of pickup locations 4. Set up your card Your card is automatically activated within 24h after you pick it up. Your card comes with instructions on how to install the necessary ID-software (Digidoc).   • Is the Accounting plan an upgrade from Entrepreneur Pro?
    No, the Entrepreneur Pro and Accounting plans are separate subscriptions, which include different services. Entrepreneur Pro is clearly made for company incorporation, and includes monthly legal services. Accounting plans only include accounting services. Differentiation of plans gives our clients more flexibility. Our clients who have an incorporated company may only need accounts services from us whereas a new company starting out might not need any accounting services for the time being.
  • Accounting Premium. Who Is The Plan Designed For?
    Expert accountancy assistance for your growing business enterprise. This accounting plan was created for clients who need a dedicated accountant with an ongoing advisory option.
  • Accounting Basic. Who Is The Plan Designed For?
    Everything you need to get started with accounting for your limited company – add more services as you need them. This plan is ideal for e-residents who are starting business activities and are satisfied with semi-automated accounting processes.
  • I already have a company and am looking for accounting services only. What can you offer?
    Our accounting plans are also suitable for established companies that require accounting support and tax consulting.
  • When will I receive my affiliate commission?
    Here is the criteria that an affiliate needs to meet in order to receive their commission: 1. The referred sale must have completed the 90 days payout period to be included in the payout report. 2. The total affiliate commission must be over the 30€ minimum. Once you meet both of the conditions above, the commission will be included in the monthly payout report, which is generated on the 15th of every month. Once the payout report is generated, it takes two weeks to disburse the funds.
  • What is a Cookie Period?
    Let’s understand this with an example. When a customer lands on our website via an affiliate link, a cookie will get saved on its device and browser. However, if due to some reason, they leave the website without completing the purchase at that time but comes back to our website after a few days within the cookie period and completes the payment, then also your referral will work and commission will be generated against that sale. eFinance affiliate program provide the cookie period of 90 days.
  • Approval & Disapproval Of Commission
    We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY of your affiliate commission on the following basis. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your affiliate commission. Approve: The commissions are approved only when the user is still using our service and has an active account. This is subjected to any of our free trial periods or 60 days after the sale has been made. Disapprove: We disapprove of the commission when the referred client’s account is subjected to any refunds/cancellations or violates our terms and conditions.
  • How much money will I earn?
    For every recurring sale, you'll get a 25% recurring commission. This means that as long as the customer remains part of our service you'll receive commission each time they make an purchase.
  • What is the minimum payout amount?
    The minimum payout amount is the minimal commission amount that needs to be earned by affiliate to include it to payout report. The minimum payout amount is 30€.
  • Do I get the commission for recurring payments?
    We'll pay you for as long as your referred customers stay subscribed to our service. You will get the commission from the first payment and monthly recurring payments up until the time when they unsubscribe. The commission rate is 25% on all payments, including the initial purchase and monthly recurring payments.
